Brought To Light: Illumination Is Your Cure & Calling

All blog postings are channeled information, guidance, and resources from both the animals and a collective of soul guides. Every message is communicated with great earnestness and compassionate wisdom for all of us. When they really want to emphasize something, it is repeated or in bold or all caps. They are often very straightforward and have a sense of urgency in sharing and connecting with us. It is always communicated with deep compassion and want of helping us to remember and connect with all of our soul truths - and filled with a lot of heart, humor, and possibility.
The other morning I had the privilege of a very enlightening conversation with one of my master teachers, the amazing cat Gabriel, while caring for him and his feline family. He was one of my first practice teacher sessions and I soon began calling him my little “Socrates” as he holds great insight and wisdom of a grand philosopher and writer. He has been a steady guide for me through some major paradigm shifts in my communication work and personal growth - and has the amazing ability to do so in a very casual, no nonsense, patient, and compassionate way. I have found that the animals are the greatest teachers in that they approach each lesson they have to share with us as something that they have full confidence that we already know - and have just forgotten. They seem to have more confidence in our capabilities for greater understanding than we do of ourselves or others. Imagine if all teachers presented to their students in this way. The great change and growth that could come from that assumption of knowing, versus not knowing?
During my meditation time that morning I was asking for guidance on a couple of issues that I keep turning over in my mind, and I heard his distinctly wise and compassionate voice - both a welcome relief and a ‘get ready’ signal :) The animals have really taught me to suspend both my beliefs and disbeliefs when it comes to asking for guidance and trying to figure out the direction and possibility of things and allow the unlimited to step in, the truth from a bigger perspective to speak and be heard. That is the language, the medicine, the lessons that they are and that they carry with them and for us.
As soon as I said I need guidance, he casually walked into the room like we were already in mid-conversation (as is his style to do) and said, “Guide your own light. You all need to remember that It’s already in there, in you, your light, your knowingness, it IS you. Don’t keep looking for it outside of you and feeling fearful that you don’t have it. Don’t let someone else guide your light, hold your flashlight so to speak, and show only what they want to show, what you might not know is there. That’s the limited, fearful, unknowing way to go about it. You have to be willing to shine and guide your own.” He gave me a strong, clear visual, like a movie of and said, “Like someone shining a flashlight for you in complete darkness when both of your hands are empty and you could do it yourself. But you’re afraid of the dark and allowing someone else to lead you. Because you’re afraid and can’t see and don’t know where to go. It can be even more fearful and frustrating because they aren’t shining it where you want it or on what you need to see. There could be tons of dangerous things they aren’t shining it on - it doesn’t mean that they aren’t there.”
“That’s how we see you all sometimes as a bigger picture, a great aerial overview of you on this planet. There are so few flashlight holders and masses, just masses of you feeling you are in the dark and allowing them to light the way. And show what they want to show and tell you who to be and where to go and what to do. And who do you think that is benefiting? Them! So they think. Just them, but not even them and they would see that if they weren’t so in the dark themselves you see? It’s the hypocrisy, a part of the great hypocrisy. That’s all the ego knows. How to be a giant hypocrite in everything, even itself. And that’s a dangerous path to follow. That is “selective illumination” which is not real illumination at all. Real illumination, soul illumination is not selective or separatist, or only one can have and another cannot. It is the grand illuminator and includer and joiner and connector. The great connector of it all, of you all, of all of us IN THE LIGHT. Which is all you really are. And you all come together here and we meet you all HERE. In the light, of the light, you are the light, that is the only real/reality.”
“We can’t emphasize this to you enough. Don’t give up YOUR light, YOUR power because then that gives up others. Look at the word YOUR - it includes OUR, because there is no singular. The OUR answers/completes the “Y” (your asking WHY), right? You’re all connected you see. Don’t be convinced otherwise and constantly talked out of seeing things, real things, as they really are. Because then you see and be the light and can change and heal anything that is not of the light. It’s that simple and that real and calls for REAL responsibility. Bringing and being that real responsibility to everything you are and everything you do and to everyone you meet. That is YOU. You’ve all just gotten “lost” in the dark - but not really because the dark is not real you see. You just have to be wiling to see the light, your own light, everyone’s soul light and then it all connects and comes together and there is no darkness. The path, the way is lit for everyone. That is will power, that’s all it is. You don’t need to have, nor is there such thing as “will power” the way you define it as of the ego - to over power the destructive ego tendencies and habits and ways and small beliefs. You just need to be wiling to use your light power because then that illuminates everything and in everyone and you are a collective POWERHOUSE.”
“Then those things of the ego, of the dark, of the ‘selective’/false illumination fall away. They are “brought to light” - that’s what that really means. They are all, you are all brought to light. So you don’t need to battle or feel controlled by any of the ego stuff anymore. You take away its’ identity. It just disappears in the light. Because it thrives and exists in the dark, in the separation, in the comparison, in the disconnect. This is how you get to overcome it and dis-identify with it. You just illuminate it and you are relieved of it - and all of its trappings. Addictions, dysfunctional belief systems, habits, and relationships, self and other sabotaging behaviors, grief and depression and strife and battling in all of its various forms - within yourselves and with each other. That's how it works. ALL AS ONE. All as one - one power source. One willing/willlfulness to be powerful to empower others and all, all of us. You all have it and just need to use it! And we’re here to help you remember and use it and illuminate the whole world. You each have the power to do that in your willingness. Not to tackle something but just through recognition of yourselves as souls, as souls, as light, connection light. That is the grand illumination.”
“Not allowing your light to shine, not identifying with your light and with others’ is the crux of, the cause of, the root of all of your problems - AND ALL OF OURS. Whether your reasons are of your own making or you feel that they are from others not allowing you to BE - this is the source of all of it. This dis-identifying disease, a “collective unconsciousness" that you all have - and choose to have - is an epidemic. It has reached epidemic proportions indeed. And it is always a choice, you are always choosing the presence or absence of light, it is always there. Look at the state of yourselves - your health, your relationships, your finances, your ‘equality wars’ on every front - and of us and the planet. We’ve got a news flash for you - NO ONE OF YOU IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER. YOU ARE ALL LIGHT. It’s just how much you choose to learn it, to see it, to be it, to allow it. That’s where it all comes together and all of this dark and suffering and separation and battling comes to an end. This is where you see that it is not real.”
“Think of how happy you all feel when you get together for these lighting ceremonies that you have. You feel joyful and a sense of wonder and you soften and open to one another, right? It’s through that feeling of illumination, joined illumination. You flock to that AS YOU SHOULD, as it reminds you that YOU ARE ALL THE LIGHT. And when you all light up you illuminate for everyone, everyone. The path is clear for everyone. This is your call, your calling, this is it. Identify with it in yourselves and in others and fully BE it - for all of our sakes, for all of our journeys, for all of our healing. When you don’t shine, others don’t shine. You steal the light from them, they steal the light from you by not fully allowing it in yourselves and in everyone and in us. Full illumination is what is called for and calling you all to. It is your calling, your greatest calling, your greatest purpose, your greatest answer and guide to everything. You begin to see the world differently, as it really is and as it really can be - for all, for all. It is FOR ALL/OF ALL, OUR vision and it is the most relieving and healing and joyful reality there is. And we are in it and of it and calling you fully to it. To fully exist with us here, as ONE. As one light identity that illuminates for all. You connect and you grow and you see here, really see. You are your own light through your willingness - and you wake up and remind others too so they can join the grand illumination, like a great homecoming. We are calling you home.”
