They are often very straightforward and have a sense of urgency in sharing and connecting with us. It is always communicated with deep compassion and want of helping us to remember and connect with all of our soul truths - and filled with a lot of heart, humor, and possibility.

You all have got to stop being so hard on yourselves, seriously. We LOVE you. We LOVE you. Do you LOVE you? Big Love, True Love, expanded and expanding. Expanded and expanding - for that is what True Love is, what it does - and it is ENTIRELY WHO YOU ARE. Don’t keep getting “stressed out” about how to keep it in form, okay? You ARE it, you don’t lose it. You ARE it, you don’t lose it. You ARE it, you don’t lose it. Okay? Yes, we repeated it several times as a mantra, a coming home, a WELCOMING home to you over and over again. WELCOMING, welcoming, not forcing or trying to figure out or “maintain”. Maintain means to keep where it is, which of course you cannot do with your soul, your spirit, your spark! :) For it is made to breathe and reach and expand, over and over and over again.

So do not worry if your “energy” shifts and changes, it is meant to. It is “meant” to. For it is indeed the TRUE MEANING of you. :) Your “energy” is not separate from you, yes? It is you! :) So even this, don’t be hard on yourselves and separate it out - oh my energy is just down today, it’s all over the place, it’s not in it today. Well, follow that! :) Follow that. If your energy does indeed feel “mis-placed”, then where is it? Is it not you, remember? Well, then it’s right here, right there - you DON’T HAVE TO GO CHASING IT. If your energy, which is you, so if you are feeling down, NOT FULL OF YOURSELF - then WHERE ARE YOU? Well, certainly not here, not in the present, yes? Yes! :)

This is not a “mind game” to confuse and frustrate you. This is ABSOLUTE CLARITY we are sharing - so that you NEVER FEEL LOST OR SEPARATE OR DOWN AGAIN. This is your whole Truth right here. If you feel that way, LOVE YOURSELF. LOVE YOURSELF. LOVE YOURSELF. We cannot say this enough, and then you will see and feel ALL OF WHO YOU REALLY ARE. And, here’s the fun “bonus” :) - ALL OF EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING ELSE TOO. There is NO POWER OUTSIDE OF YOU. THERE IS NO “POWER” OUTSIDE OF YOU. No matter what you have been taught to believe or felt. There is no power “outside” of you. It’s all right here. And you turn it on, you activate it, you SIMPLY ALLOW IT by truly LOVING yourself. And that means Loving the Truth of you, the whole of you, the soul of you.

There is nothing to judge, nothing to compare, nothing to miss or be missed here - IT IS THE ALL OF YOU AND OF EVERYONE ELSE. NO ONE LEFT OUT HERE, okay? No one left out here. Why would you ever think that you are left out, even from yourself, when you KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE, the truth of everyone and everything. :) That is why we say over and over and over again, DO NOT BE HARD ON YOURSELVES. It is only by Love that more Love is allowed. It is only by Love that more Love is allowed. It is just allowing. It is just allowing, it really is. So WELCOME YOURSELF into it - and you welcome everyone else. Allow yourself in as your own guest host, offer to take your coat, a drink of water, would you like a seat. Allow yourself to settle in, to settle in. Settling in does not mean “settling”. It means to settle into the seat of yourself, and from there you can do and see and be anything, anything.

Anything in this house of Love is welcomed and welcoming. Yes, we like this! :) Welcomed and welcoming - for as you welcome yourself, as you are settled in yourself, can you not then welcome others to do the same? Give yourself ROOM TO WELCOME YOURSELF. :) It is the ultimate respite here. Not “get away”, but respite you see. A place you do not have to leave, a place you do not have to “get away” to go to - but RIGHT HERE WITHIN YOU. YOU ARE IN IT! :) YOU ARE IT. You will see, more and more and more, and understand more and more and more, and feel more and more and more. WE PROMISE YOU. For it IS YOU. It is US, it is ALL. Now go WELCOME yourselves into you and enjoy the day that unfolds. :) We are right here with you, there is no distance between us, between you and you. Fold that right over together and away we go! :) We Love you, we Love you, we Love you - now, you too. ;)
